Service Description

Are you curious if your are giving your family all the nutrients they need? Do you question what balanced and healthy diet should look like for your family? Are you looking for help to support your whole family to eat healthy and live positively? Are you keen on sharing your experience with other families sharing the same goals? Are you looking for accountability and simple changes to your family's daily routine to make your whole family feel healthier and happier? Nutrition play a significant role in a family foundation of health. Eating right is important for our body, health and mind going through all life stages. The nourished family programme take a family-centred approach to provide you and your family with personalised nutrition advice, practical & personalised grocery shopping tips and fun activities on healthy eating and other ways to improve overall health and wellbeing of your family. The family programme runs over 6 sessions/once a week: -1st week: 1hr individual family session. I believe that every family is unique and every age stage is special so a 1hr session will be offered to each family in the first week of the programme. In this session, I aim to understand your family's health ad weight goals, the barriers you as a family experience, as well as your kids' age groups to provide your family with the best nutrition and fitness support. We will work together to set a family-centred plan and goals to work toward achieving during the programme. 2nd to 5th weeks: 45 mins group family sessions. In these sessions, we will discuss nutrition and what healthy eating looks like and what vitamins are vital for your family. We will share ways to encourage healthy lifestyle behaviours, improve the cooking/kitchen environment, building up healthy habits to maintain a healthy weight. Expect fun, interactive and family-focused activities around food and a healthy lifestyle. 6th Session:1hr individual family session. In this last session, we will work together to create a family-focused action plan for your family to lead and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
